What canvas types do you offer?
We offer two premium styles:
- Gallery Stretched: The canvas is professionally stretched over a wooden frame for a classic, borderless look.
- Floating Frame: The stretched canvas is set inside a modern frame (available in Black, White, Light Wood, or Dark Wood) with a "floating" gap for a sophisticated museum-quality finish.
What sizes do you offer?
We specialize in wide-format panoramic art. Our standard sizes are:
- 8 x 24 inches (20 x 60 cm)
- 10 x 30 inches (25 x 75 cm)
- 12 x 36 inches (30 x 90 cm)
- 14 x 42 inches (35 x 105 cm)
- 16 x 48 inches (40 x 120 cm)
- 18 x 54 inches (45 x 135 cm)
- 20 x 60 inches (50 x 150 cm)

What are the dimensions of the frame?
Gallery Wrap: The canvas is wrapped over a 1.25" (3 cm) thick pine stretcher bars.
Floating Frame: The total depth is approximately 1.75" (4.5 cm).
Please note: For framed canvases, the frame adds to the overall width and height. The frame face is 7/16" wide, plus a 5/16" "floating" gap between the canvas and the frame. This spacing is added to all sides, meaning the final framed artwork will be approximately 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) larger in both total width and height than the listed canvas size.
How do I hang the canvas?
Your canvas comes ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hangers:
- Small/Medium sizes (smaller than 36"): 1 sawtooth hanger centered on the back.
- Large sizes (36" or wider): 2 sawtooth hangers to ensure stability and perfect balance.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Yes. We are committed to sustainability and safety:
- Inks: We use UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks, which are non-toxic, safe for indoor use, and fade-resistant.
- Wood: Our frames are made from sustainable, FSC-certified pine wood.
- Durability: The wood is warp-resistant, ensuring your art lasts a lifetime.
Does the canvas have texture?
Yes. We use premium artist-grade material that features a genuine, natural canvas texture, giving your artwork a rich, tactile feel unlike flat paper prints.
How do I clean and care for the canvas?
To keep your artwork looking pristine, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using water, cleaning fluids, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the canvas texture and ink.
Are the artworks original?
Absolutely. Every piece in our collection is an exclusive digital creation designed by the RondoPanorama studio. We blend artistic vision with advanced digital techniques to craft unique panoramic scenes that you won't find anywhere else.
ORDERING
How quickly do you respond to questions?
We reply to messages and emails in the order they’re received and aim to respond as quickly as possible. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, address changes are possible until the order has been shipped. We process orders very quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to change an address, please email us at support@rondopanorama.com immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order has entered processing, changes may not be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll see what we can do.

Where do you ship from?
We utilize a globally distributed network of facilities. This allows us to produce and ship your order from the facility closest to you (including locations in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia) to ensure faster delivery and reduced carbon emissions.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
How long does processing take?
Production times vary slightly by product type:
- Gallery Wrap Canvas: 2–5 business days
- Framed Canvas: 3–6 business days
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia: 2–5 business days.
Rest of the World: 5-15 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely Free on all orders.
Will my order arrive in one package?
We always aim to ship your complete order together. However, if you order multiple large canvases, we may ship them in separate packages to ensure each piece is perfectly protected during transit.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Because we produce items in facilities across the globe (USA, UK, EU, Australia), most orders are shipped domestically or regionally, avoiding import fees. However, for certain international destinations, customs duties may apply depending on your local laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order using the Track My Order link on our website.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially for international shipments. Some international postal systems do not provide detailed tracking updates. If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, feel free to contact us.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please verify the shipping address, check around your property, and ask neighbors. If it hasn't turned up within 24 hours, contact support@rondopanorama.com.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us before returning any items. Return eligibility depends on the product and condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or something is missing?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or has a defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please email support@rondopanorama.com with photos of the damage, and we will handle it immediately.

Yes. We offer a quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full replacement or refund.
