Geometric Wall Art
Geometry and the panoramic format were made for each other. Repetition needs room: a row of arches, a sequence of circles, a grid of rectangles or a run of stripes only becomes rhythm when it has length to repeat across. In a square frame the same motif reads as a single symbol.

Because these compositions are built from straight lines, hanging accuracy matters more than usual. Use a spirit level; a landscape can tolerate a degree of tilt, a grid cannot. A floating frame in black or dark wood suits hard-edge work particularly well, since the frame line becomes part of the composition.
