Bedroom Wall Art
The wall above a bed is the most-photographed and most-mis-sized wall in the house. A king headboard is around 160 cm wide; hang a 40 cm square print above it and the room looks unfinished, no matter how good the artwork is.
The rule that fixes it: the canvas should span roughly two-thirds of the headboard width, and the base should sit 15 to 25 cm above it. For a standard double that means 16x48 or 20x60 inches; for a king, 24x72. One long panoramic beats two small prints here, because a single horizontal line above the bed calms the whole wall.
The artwork itself should follow the same logic. This collection leans towards low-contrast, slow subjects: misty landscapes, soft cloudscapes, blurred horizons, sage and blush abstracts, pressed botanicals and Japanese-inspired minimalism. Save the high-contrast graphic work for the wall you see on the way out, not the one you face while falling asleep.
Every canvas is printed with Greenguard Gold certified, non-toxic inks, so nothing off-gasses in a room you sleep in, then hand-stretched over sustainable FSC-certified pine. Eight sizes from 8x24 to 24x72 inches, gallery wrap or floating frame in black, white, dark wood or white wood, ready to hang.
